Exactly. I'm a little surprised their office didn't consider the time zone of the people they were meeting with. That's the first thing we do when setting something up in the midwest or west coast.This is actually very common. The hardest part about running teleconferences when I worked with NATO was making sure both sides understood what time the conference started their time. We were typically 6 hours behind Europe, and the place we connected to in Canada was behind us.
