Tiffany's Thread (updates and prayers, and a place where she can smack Joe in public when he needs it :)

O Lord, through the passion of the most sacred heart of Jesus, I beseech Thee to heal Tiffany. We thank you for giving her and her family the courage to face the situations so that others may see your perpetual light shining through them, a beacon of strength that overcomes setbacks, and reaffirms your precious love for all. In the name of Jesus Christ, King of Kings, please hear and bless this prayer O Heavenly Father. Amen

What are they saying now? Any updates on what’s keeping her there?
Not really sure, unless it's just her numbers were still a little high. The nurses were waiting all day for the Dr to give the word, but never heard a thing.

Tiffany went to her lupus Dr today, and actually saw him instead of the PA, first time in about a year. Anyway, he's going to put her back on an immune suppressant. His thinking is, maybe her lupus is helping fuel these infections. Since lupus fights against your body anyway, and now her bladder is gone and she has a stoma, that it may be going crazy. It's a medicine that's out of your system in 24 hours. That way if she does get infection, then she can come off it quickly, and allow her immune system to try and work for her. He also got angry about her infectious disease Dr giving up on her, and has referred her to one near him in Lawrenceville. Hopefully all of this will help.

Still praying.
