No tickets for me...just a wristband that gets me in to this : the Raymond James company box. Go Vols!!!

I bet they look nice, unlike the instant download option I used, esp since my printer is out of yellow...

But at least I'm not sweating bullets like last year, when the tix got here about 3 days before we left.

If it makes you feel any better, I'm a donor as well and purchased 4 through UT Tix. I got Section 149. I lucked out through a friend and got into the box...sold my 4 in 149.

Hey all received my tickets today and unfortunately am not able to go. Have four seats together in section 332, row K and seats 19 - 22. Any interest?

Season ticket holder. Given the worst seats in stadium. Will ask for refund. If that's how much UT values season Tks holders. Won't renew. SEC Network is already paid for. UTTix unfair to VFLs. Thanks for listening.

Ut had so many request that they had to ask for more tickets. They couldn't get any more in lower level that's why some fans got uppers. They went by ranking. You can still go to Northwestern tix site and get lower level tixs. But, I bet they will be about out in the next day or so.

I was disappointed with my seating as a season ticket holder as well. But I'll be there to support our Vols anyhow.

they only got 8,000 initially. hoped to get more and not sure how many more they got.

It is totally based on donor rank. so if they only got 15,000 tickets then donors ranked ahead of you would get the better seats.

mind sharing your rank? that could tell the story. or how long you have had tickets. I could tell for that. I've donated since program began in 1986.

only way to build up rank is via donor program and buying tickets.

Just trying to help you understand restraints they have.

Can't wait to see you guys in my backyard. There are tons of things to do that whole week, but our local alumni association chapter is having a watch party for the playoff games on NewYears Day at Graffiti Junktion and Charran's Tavern. The Big Orange Tailgate on Gameday will be rockin as well.:rock:

JCVOL, our ranking is 2400 and we got seats almost into the parking lot on the SEC side, section 245 Row Y but our wonderful friends are in 244. As was explained to me about the 8,000 ticket allotment, Tennessee also didn't get a lot of Club level seats of which most of those are sold as a membership package or something plus either the Outback Bowl people or the stadium bigwigs changed the seating . The Pride will be in section 140, about the same place they were the last Outback Bowl my husband and I went too. Got to look at it this way, at least we're going bowling and even with all the complaining, all of us will be together in ORANGE and will have a great time bringing in the New Year! My husband was beside himself when I broke the news to him about our seats.. He said, "OMG I'd hate to see where they're going to put us when we play at BMS." and you know what, He's right!!

We'll be with our wonderful friends on New Years' Eve and get to enjoy the beach.. oh what memories that brings back.. hoping to see a few sailboats as well.... :air_kiss:
