Ticketmaster Problems

Oh the joy of the digital tickets. Sign in to Ticketmaster app this morning, nothing in “my events”. My tickets have seemingly vanished. Is anyone else having this problem, possibly a Ticketmaster outage of some sort? Been on hold for 20 minutes

Just checked and I still have my Vols tickets on the app. Good luck with that and Go Vols!

I bought mine from Ticketmaster last night, and they show up in my phone's wallet. Maybe they sold me yours? (Hope you get it worked out.)

Transferred our 2 tickets to my son-in-law and his brother, no issues.

This is exactly why you transfer them to your apple wallet and never have to worry about them again or need a signal to get in

The email address attached to Ticketmaster, StubHub, Vivid Seats, etc has to be the same as the email connected to the UT app, where tickets and parking are originally delivered bu the athletic department to the original purchasers.

Not sure if the UT app collects the purchase prices, fees and applicable taxes, if any, on the transfers of tickets or parking passes on the secondary market but I suspect that they do

Oddly enough, I bought tickets to the RBC Heritage Golf tournament and they still aren't showing up on my phone in the TM app . . . but, if I log in using a laptop and just go to the Ticketmaster site, I can access the tickets and put them in my Wallet from there.

If you can see them on your app (either one), then transfer to your apple wallet (or google), and you’ll be fine
