Ticket scalping rules?

I'd post this in the ticket forum but this is the busier forum for more answers. Are the rules just no scalping 4 hours before kickoff? So I can buy tickets from a scalper before then? If so what would you all expect prices to be at? Thanks!

No scalping around gate 21 and 10 time doesn't matter. Also no selling tickets to Florida fans. Anyone caught doing so needs to be kicked in the balls

Selling to FL fans deserves worse than a nut kick.
