This. The State has no business killing it's citizens.

These people deserve to continue breathing?

I'm well aware of who they are. Most of these max security end up in solitary confinement. I'd rather have them suffer in prison than be awarded a quick death.

Yes. Society should pay 250+ man years of time served by these people. Ridiculous.

If you can guarantee that no innocent person will ever be murdered by the State, or that the State will never abuse that power by spreading it to other offenses, then I might get on board.

And before you even bring it up, I'm not saying they are innocent.

Only if they are in solitary confinement forever. But there are too many bleeding heart lawyers like LG that will fight for their 'rights'. No. Burn them at the stake. Drown them in sewage. Dissect them alive. I don't care. But they need to be dead.

there is ZERO doubt about these people. ZERO. There is ZERO chance that there would be a mistake. What's the problem?

There is a difference between reasonable doubt and no doubt as fine a line as that is, it does exist. These scumbags are on the other side. And if not mistaken, the ***** will get out of prison someday.

Lighten up Francis. He has testosterone in his body. Not something you would understand.

Testosterone in no way correlates with one's erotic desire to pay money so they can crank down to people killing other people.

It is the literal definition of murder porn. Lol.

Ok, how do you word the law to cover circumstances like these and prevent a innocent person from being executed?

I don't know. Higher level of certainty? I am no wordsmith, but I am sure it can be done. Beyond the shadow of a doubt. This case fits.

LOL ... You should lighten up and not take things so close to heart, so to speak :)

It will never happen, so it was simply internet sarcasm ;)

I don't think we should be letting the State torture people.

You have way more faith in our justice system than I do.

Like I've said before, I don't have a problem killing those that deserve killing but I cannot support the death penalty until it's impossible for an innocent to be executed.

no, I have very little faith in it because of lawyers lack of desire for real truth. but some cases transcend even their ability to muddy the waters. this one rises to that level.

Does your bluetooth grant you the power to read other people's minds and subsequently speak for them?
