Maybe there's a small hope that higher ups still get rid of Fulmer and Pruitt soon. But in the chances of that not happening, we have three choices as a fanbase right now.

One. Boycott it. We can speak with our wallets and money. Do not even think about going to a game next year if Pruitt is back. Do not buy merch. Nothing. Hell don't even watch it on TV. It will be hard for a lot of us, this is the most prideful and loyal fanbase in the country. But enough is enough!

Two. Schiano it. You cause such a **** show, you may just end up forcing their hands. Mae sure the rock is painted everyday in disapproval, make sure crowds are protesting every day until change is made. People will make fun of the fanbase ect but they're opinions are irrelevant. Could hurt future potential coaches, but honestly I don't want someone coming in who's scared and has the though process of "well if I don't get it done here...." Anyways.

3. Let it die. It's on life support right now. Just pull the plug. It's what you're doing it you go to a game next year if Pruitt is back. It's what you're doing if you don't do anything. And honestly I don't blame anyone here. Apathy is a strong, hard emotion to break. The vast majority of us have had it for years now.

So what's it gonna be Vol Nation?

The people who live in Knox county have a opportunity to take to the streets and pull a “Kiffin leaving for USC” type mayhem... Just saying .. make some signs folks, get out there and protest. It changed the Greg Schiano hire. If I didn’t live 4 hours away I would be.

I live in South LA and I’ve only been to 3 games in Neyland stadium. I’ve been a UT fan my entire life mostly watching it on TV and via this forum. I can’t imagine what some of you have invested in this program (as fans or alumni or both). I’d feel so ripped off watching the product Tennessee football has become. I don’t pretend to know how it feels from that perspective. Terrible.

I hope it's pure chaos the next couple days.

For me it is continuing to root for TN bb, treat football as a diversion and stay rooted in the NFL.

We should show up in force at the OW game (if it’s played and fans are allowed) to support the players and show what a great fan base we are. But don’t spend any money on concessions and then it’s up to everyone else how they feel about spending money on tickets in the fall.

I'm not wasting any time on this program. I grew up watching games on rabbit ears with my dad and relishing going to games early to see the band marching in.

I used to get angry about losses and still would find myself tuning in the next week to see how they responded. I just... don't care any more.

We're a basketball school now anyway. Go BasketVols!

1) To each their own. Everyone has to make their own decision, but UT football is no longer worth my time and money.

2) I'm just not sure folks really care enough anymore to do this.

3) The administration is doing enough to kill UT football without my help.

Outstanding post knoxvol16.

Spot on, especially no.2. There is nothing there worth saving anymore. Bring CJP back or even fire him and get another mediocre, crap hire and it doesn't change anything. TN is not worth our time. Time is our most valuable asset, why give it to TN anymore.
