Defensive backs looked as good as expected. Broke to the ball, gang tackle. Offense not clicking, new qb, new oc, not too worry veteran ol, seasoned wo. 51 yarder right out of the box, what the h...!!! Talk about blowing your confidence, hope he makes this thing, why aren't we kicking deep and playing field position PHIL! Crap, missed fg, now for our vaulted defense.... blab, blab, blab for the first half. We didn't look good, but thank goodness neither did they. However the Coach is chewing this UCLA qbs' ear pretty good and they do have a veteran oc ,Norm Chow isn't that his name, is the press box.

Needless to say I was not feeling good about this one and truth be known, I hoped we would adjust at half time. I will be dipped in molasses and thrown in the hen house... if that is not what UCLA did and we went to the :jawdrop:PREVENT...We Are Screwed. Those were my exact thoughts. Total Embarrassment on all Concerned. Tis a pity, with so much talent and So Little Coaching.

What I was thinking:

Oh hell not again!
Not another 10 yard cushion!
Why did our best punter have to drink?
Did we leave the D in the locker room at the half?
Was that Tom Brady wearing the QB jersey for UCLA in the second half?
Will TN football ever get back to the top 5 and stay there again?

After attending last nights game!! I can't even express how embarrassing it was to walk out of that stadium! The remarks of UcLA fans as they passed by (amongst themselves) gave me the worst feeling. We totally embarrassed ourselves and became the laughing stock of the SEC! Phil has to go! What do we have to do, to get him out! There were so many things wrong with that entire game and I hope Phil has a effing magic wand to fix all the problems that he deemed as "fixable!" I love the Vols! and I'm pulling for a miracle to turn this whole thing around! Maybe the coaching staff should have kept the boys in and talk game plays - instead of galavanting around Hollywood and Highland the day before!!! :banghead2:

I was sure we were going to snap it directly to Lincoln for the pooch punt instead of really trying a 55 yarder.

Me too but then again I also thought he might near sided. Ah cant maye a 51 yd FG why,why the he** try a 55. And why did they not try atleast one time for the kill in OT? (then the tv showed phill and I rembered why)

1. I thought Tennessee played tonight. This is my local high school team playing a scrimmage against a real-life college team that's not even very good.
2. Everytime they say that Craft kids name, it makes me want cheese.
3. It's nice of us to let them play us close for the first half

From the beginning of the game onward...

1. Digging the uniforms.
2. That quick screen looked like Manning to Kent. Wow.
3. There is no way we'll win this game by less than 14.
4. Kevin Craft can't possibly be this bad.
5. When's the last time I've ever seen a blocked kick for a TD against us?
6a. Why is the o-line so nervous?
6b. Daniel Lincoln's confidence just took a hit thanks to two stupid FG attempts.
7. Wow, UCLA's players are dropping like flies. They're Fu&@ed!
8. Our secondary is legit and we're actually blitzing. Sweet!
9. Crompton needs to get hit really hard to get the adrenaline out of his system a bit.
10. I wonder why Gerald Jones isn't getting the ball one way or another at least once a series.
11. We better start taking advantage of this bum's mistakes.
12. Ok, 14-7 at halftime and we're running the ball well. Throw it a few times in the 2nd half on playaction and pound the rock.
13. 3 and outs are becoming as common as incompletion streaks for Crompton.
14a. Why is he still throwing the football?
14b. Where is Gerald Jones?
15. Another big run, man they can't stop us on the ground.
