thought on UF vs UT

just a thought but the UF vs UT game would be much better in november sometime wonder why we always play each other as the sec opener? you would think both teams would want to be clicking before they played each other. :zeitung_lesen:

I think UF likes it that way. As I remember, the last game that was played late with UF was delayed by a hurricane and the Vols won. They probably wouldn't have earlier in the year.

The 2001 game is one of the best football games I have ever seen. College or pro, Tennessee or not Tennessee.

It was delayed by the September 11th attacks.

yeah that game had it all :rock: :rock:
i just think that it would be a much better game if played say when we play kentucky. plus it works to our advantage when its in Knoxville as it will be cold.:angel:

I wish we played them later too. The SEC East should not be decided before late Oct.

Of course, the GA will want to have a say in that (next year - :neener2: ) and they have complicated the issue somewhat. SC has a chance to compete once they are deep in talent.

It takes two to tango and gators don't dance so I don't see it changing anytime soon.
