I dont think it was the coach's fault that bray couldn't hit his target I think they should bench him one game and let Wurley or the freshman in how bad can it be than saturday's game.:hi:

Do you honestly think that performances last night haven't run off long-time fans and season ticket holders?? Why do you think they are offering the ticket packages they do now??

and that makes it obvious you have no idea what it is to be a recruit or what goes through their mind when picking a school. I guess all of Michigans guests bailed when Bama swept the floor with them. I guess USC lost everyone by losing to Stanford. I guess the loser of fla/ga will lose all their recruits if they lose that game.

Football players have lost games before. They handle losses better than fans.

From 1986 to 1994 we had 8 losses and 1 tie against Bama!!! What happened in 1995? We started a 7 game winning streak against Bama!!! Guys,Don't give up on our VOLS yet!!!!

I think players want to be supported not called quitter. They want the same coach for 4 years. If b!tchking cost us 1or2 recruits, we might lose one more game.! Coach wins 9 instead of 10 but still keeps his job. The net result is you've hurt the school I love.

Players want to win. Any player worth having would trade coaches in a second if it meant going from a loser to a winner.

The coaches are the ones that prepare those kids to play, not the fans. That's like a business blaming the customers, as to why they are failing.

Dude, these recruits don't give a flip what happened last year. Some can't even tell you what happened last week.

You are getting your life mixed up with an 18 year old bmoc with a dozen offers that doesn't live each day worried about the Vols.

1-8 in the SEC doesn't scream to recruits that you are a winner. If you don't think the recent past matters to recruits, then you don't know anything about how recruiting works this day and age.

I noticed how many people we had doging CPF out on here at the end. I know we lost several recruits the last year because of it. From a #13 class to #35 on signing day

Point stands. Players want to win and want a coach who can get them there.

Wanting to same coach for 4 years is nonsense if he a loser.

Yeah, my complaining about seeing my favorite team losing for the 8th straight time to a team I hate, and it's not seeing a coach who is 0-18 against ranked opponents in his career get steamrolled in Neyland Stadium, is causing recruits to look elsewhere.
