Coaches that let players vent to the media and take potshots at team members have an undisciplined team. I thought Simms' public complaints were uncalled-for last week. He has every right to feel that way, but he needs to complain to the coaches behind closed doors or to his father on the phone-- not to the whole world in a public venue. Dividing the team will lose games.

Kinda hard for the coach to tell his players not to vent to the media when he's the one setting the example.
