This sucks, but the future is bright

IMO, we will be better next year simply by not having Ainge and Hefney on the team. I think the future is very bright. Lots on young talent and lots of redshirt talent coming back. Unless the coaching staff coaches them down below their full potential, we should be good to go

Then we all know what you know about football.

I was under the impression Eric Young and Anthony Parker are seniors. I could be wrong.

Parker = Junior.

Vlad and Jacque have played plenty at guard anyways.
The OL is stable.

The DL will suffer from graduation. Ayers will replace one of the seniors and Brown/Martin/Walker will replace the other. Someone will have replace Mapu. Be it Brimfield, Langley, Shaw or Nelson.

The replacement for Hefney? Willingham might move to FS or it might be Fiason or Rogan. We'll see.

I think our defense will be MUCH better next year.

JC is going to lead this team he is at least that. a leader. WR's should be insane. (why is Austin Rogers starting over G. Jones?) anyway i see us having a much better year next year. Plus you never know what commits we will get in the offseason.

surely he can make them left handed. nothing was beyond 4 yards from the line of scrimmage, unless it looked like a helium ball

:eek:lol:

I thought you might have been talking about down the field stuff, then I remembered that is nonexistent in this offense right now.

Like the rest of your post(and others) you are wrong. Parker is a junior. Young is gone but only played half the season. We don't lose five d-lineman either. We lose our 2 ends and Mapu, who are replaced by more talented players who have received a lot of playing time. We will be much more talented and experienced next year everywhere but QB. It's on Crompton now. I believe he has what it takes to lead this team.

Guess what? If I'd spent two hours looking up that information, I could have posted it. Go back to playing with yourself.

Seriously, get off your freaking high horse.

exactly. QB play cannot regress. Any scholarship QB can do what we asked Ainge to do this season. In fact, we saw a couple of glaring reasons why we don't let him throw over the middle.
