This staff continues to blow my mind. I've seen all "best staff in America" jokes but these guys are crazy good at recruiting. Gillespie was a hell of a pick up for us. I'm not going to say one negative thing about this team or staff all year!!!!:rock::rock::rock::rock::rock::rock::rock::rock:

This staff is the Rocky Balboa of college football recruiting. Tireless, cant be knocked out and has heart to the end.

Yeah, a lot of us had our doubts during the season about the whole "best staff in America". But, the OP is absolutely right on...this staff is KILLING it in recruiting. So used to being slapped in the face by recruits like Darrell Scott....NOT ANYMORE bUTches!!

We knew he could coach and the biggest question when he was hired was whether he could recruit in the SEC. If a 5 - 7 season can get recruits like this... I cant wait for what they can do with a couple of winning seasons... #risetothetop

This is easily the most impressive recruiting job by any staff in the last decade if not more.

Very very similar to Bama's 2008 class that just so happened to win them 3 National Championships.

They've killed it for sure. I don't think anyone expected this kind of class in his 1st full recruiting season.

Jimmies and Joes Vol Fans. When I think of Dooley and his diamonds in the rough I have to just say what I have known my entire lifetime, some people "have it" some don't. Of course an extremely good work ethic doesn't hurt either. Dooley didn't work hard enough to be successful, too busy playing big shot and thinking of stupid analyzes.

You are right we must change the way we are thinking. My bad my friend

Got my orange glasses on today.

I think if the O line plays above expectations next year and the QB situation solves itself (no predictions here) the offense will be something to behold. The receiving corps I'm not as concerned with to an extent but the problem of youth and inexperience in RB and O Line will be evident. And with the QB situation unsettled right now, there could be some growing pains.

Having said that, a change in the O line to what CBJ wants might be more helpful than we are imagining right now. And with the return of Lane, the WRs and three out of four of our QBs having seen game time, the chances are a little better of increased offensive production next year.
