This is UT's first 0-6 start in SEC play ever. A sweep of its final two games would get UT in a bowl but a 0-2 finish would result in the first eight-loss season in program history.

Go Vols!

Yeah, I'm typing up a letter to send to Dooley. Just in case he's unaware of the current situation. Hopefully he gets it in time

Dear Coach,

Congratulations on winning out and leading us to back-to-back bowl appearances with a young and outmanned team / achieving the dubious distinction of having the worst record in Tennessee Vols' football history. I am sure that the players are really happy to have the extra practice time to work on their techniques and timing / free time to burn the kind bud, but hopefully no starters will fail their pee tests. I know that the Vol Nation will never forget what you've done by giving us a ray of hope and a silver lining to a tough season / by driving a seething wedge through the heart of our fanbase that will not be healed until years after your impending firing occurs.

Regards,

Not only that but get this... I figure in the future, Tennessee will either win or lose each game on a game-by-game basis.
