I don't think the technology was available in 1916.
(sorry just being a smartas-) it's just that I am from the times closer to 1916 than 2016; hell, I can't even get this dam- picture to come up on my system. (likely it's just me not the machine)
It was the Oklahoma game. It was in 2015.

Tennessee Volunteers Gigapixel - powered by Blakeway Panoramas

I can’t remember where I got this link...maybe it was on here...but everytime I see it I smile. We root for an amazing team...down or not. How do you look at this and not feel pride. Forget the ugliness of the last decade and even the ugliness of that game and just look at this stadium. I’m wondering how many of you can find yourself!
Your right Tennessee fans are the greatest in the country.

I'll NEVER forget the atmosphere at that game. I've NEVER heard Neyland louder. I easily find myself in this pic.

THIS was the game that proved once again that Tennessee had talent...just NOT a coach on the sideline to make good decisions. STILL almost pulled it OFF!

They had it pulled off...they P*SSED it away.

All you can see is my sunglasses on top of my head and the top of my ex’s forehead behind these two “large” men. Haha it was a fun game to be at. Wish we would have won.

Found me and my dad. He's wearing the visor and I'm wearing the long sleeve with T on the chest. Can't believe I was only 19 then

I got a chuckle at the amount of captions for this picture...

Found me and my friend. Think we were looking for someone we knew at the time.

Anyone else notice that OU cheated? Right in front of the goal post; 2 players wearing #91 named Tapper. Subterfuge and confusion!

However, no picture does this place justice.
I am reminded as a guy from a very small rural town and area every time I am in the crowd at Neyland of a time I stood at the edge of Nigeria Falls. Now, I have lived on the edge of or very near the Tennessee River for my whole life and have seen it's power pounding through Pickwick dam at it's most angry. But the power of Nigeria leaves one with no words to describe it. This is the same feeling I get every time I have the privilege to attend a game "on the hill".
Side note:
If you have never stood on the 50 yard line, try to do it sometime. I hate the use of this word, but it is "awesome".
Nigeria Falls makes me laugh. I am literally laughing...going to go get my wife...now we are both laughing. Thanks man. Not making fun...it just struck me funny.
