in an all hypothetical world;

It's SEC finals
Lady Vol's vs. USC Gamecocks
time out with 5 minutes left in a tie game (73-73)
All players are rested
no one on either team is in foul trouble (remember it hypothetical)
Who are the 5 that KJH sends out onto the floor?
I think 3 players are a lock so who are the last two players selected and why?

No wrong answers every answer is hypothetically right.

Tamari, Rae, Jordan, Jordan, & Dye

Totally agree with Tamari, Rae, and Alexus. If we have a better scorer and defender than one of the Jordans, I’m thinking that person will be playing, although JH will probably be in for defense.

With 5 minutes left, and we’ve already scored 73 points, play the hot hands.

Whose ball?

I'd go with...
Key, Burrell, Horston, Dye, Walker - on team defense

I would do an offensive substitution as much as possible - Darby for Walker

It would be interesting to ask this question again just before the actual SC game and see how much has changed. One or more of the 4 freshmen could easily jump into Horston, Dye, or Walker's spot but I need to see them play first.

Experience and calmness in a hostile environment, not to mention crucial need for defense, will force this line-up in the final five minutes:

Horston, Burrell, Dye, Green, Key.

@Volfaninfl2 picked up a clue = A lot of points have been scored. Do you want to play to score or to play for stops? Perhaps see if Miles can slow down Henny? Perhaps send Striplin in to muscle Boston off the offensive boards? Perhaps ...
