And people blame Worley and Dobbs for throwing picks or missing those throws downrange to him. Simply put, it's takes a low percentage play down to an extremely low percentage play.
And for all the shrill haters out there, I'm not hating on Pig. Just saying in those situations, Bajakian was asking him to go away from what he is good at.
Start about midway through the video (1:00min mark), and watch the bigger LB gobble up the passes when covering midgets the size of Pig Howard.

That short guy should have and may have gotten called for offensive pass interference. He doesn't make that catch, without first grabbing the jersey of the DB and slinging him to the ground.
Not a good example to build your case.
