If Heupel cannot see that Banks and some other coaches on the defense needs to go then he has issues.

This argument is and will continue to be asinine. I'm thankful for what Huepel has done. He's stabilized and righted the ship but I'm not so scared of the past that I'm unwilling to want to see changes to make the future better. If Huepel can't get out of his feels and make the changes that have been needed for years now (One good year on Defense doesn't cut it) then he needs to go so we can get someone cutthroat enough to win natties or else you risk him becoming Orange and White Mark Richt.

I personally think he needs to stay out until Tennessee has no remaining penalties ie how many players can have in a class, etc… once that is completely cleared, IDGAS what that dude does
