With Harts decision to give Jones an extension, we will owe Jones a bunch if he's fired

But now, he's backed himself into a corner. If he fires parts of his staff, he may not get a great replacement due to the fact he's on borrowed time. Not many coaches will come here with the possibility of having to find another job in a year

So, it would seem we are stuck with his BSIA as long as he is here, which isn't getting it done

It seems we either spend the money to buy him out, or wallow in mediocrity for the remainder of his tenure. You can say that it's expensive to get rid of him now, but you might lose that much in revenue over that time. A Catch 22

Either way, we are what we are, a poorly coached team with great talent

Great talent? I guess you mean the QB that can't throw, the receivers that can't catch, the great linebacking corp, the great defensive backs and the magnificent offensive line (though they gave that great QB plenty of time tonight).

This is what happens when you hire a guy that has never been a head coach or head coordinator in a major conference.

Butch will close out the last half of the year and slide into the bowl on the back of wins against bad teams, and everyone will be saying LOOK OUT FOR TENNESSEE in 2016 lol what a joke this is.

Don't blame a kid for being bad, when they have bad parents

Two top 5 classes not being coached up

Maybe you're right. Maybe Jones can't recruit as well as his fanboys suggest.

So Jones can coach but cant recruit.

Sounds like a circle jerk.

There's plenty of talent there. It's being mismanaged.

Count when we finally get to run CBJ out, Hart has to go with him. He cannot be allowed to hire another coach for any sport at UT.
