They deserve a bowl game. They have kept fighting and I think they have a shot to win out and get to 7-6 with a bowl win. That would be a good result for this team, and a nice way to end their career at TN (with five straight wins).

Go VOLS.

I hope they all get their degree and live very fulfilling lives outside of football. The folks that do seem to be very happy later in life.

We have 4 more games and we can still have a successful season if we win them all!

The seniors still have a chance to right the ship on this season, there is so much left to play for.

Per Adams -

As bad as it this season has been, it could get significantly worse. These Vols still have the potential to lose more games than any other team in school history, go winless in the SEC, and end a 25-game winning streak against Kentucky. They also have a chance to finish the season on a winning streak, qualify for a bowl and have a winning record.

There's a big difference in the two scenarios. And that difference will be magnified in the years to come.

One month might not seem like much. But in a season gone wrong, that's enough time for a team to change how it's remembered.

Shameless bump. I feel like going into this week this thread stilll has some meaning. After reading Gerald Jones' comments I really have an appreciation for this senior class like non-other.

I hope the fans, the young guys, and the coaches give their all for them on Saturday and help them get one more game as Volunteers!

These guys deserve it more than any other senior class before them. They stayed true to their commitment to Tennessee when others went else where. They stuck it out and deserve to be honored on Saturday. Let's hope the Football Gods shine down on the Vols saturday and these seniors get to go bowling. GBO!

I agree OTV, they could have packed it in after November, but just like I thought they would at the start of the season they have hung tough and played hard for us fans all season long.

This deserves a bump.

The way this group of Seniors has fought and persevered through adversity should stand as an example to all future classes.

Tomorrow, win or lose, the seniors deserve our appreciation and praise. Let's give a resounding 12th man performance and cheer them on to victory, Vols fans!

these guys are the definiton of true Tennessee Vols.. sticking with their state, their school, and their team through thick and thin.. it's guys like these that make me proud to call myself a TENNESSEE VOLUNTEER! lets go out with a bang and give kenSUCKy yet another loss to the mighty vols! its truly GREAT to be a vol! GBO!
