Fellaz, Hamilton is awake. He's just over at the Fulmer's giving Phil a foot rub.

So you think Hamilton could care less as long as his buddy is the coach? I mean it has to piss off any AD to see their number one money generating department go through the worst TV drought in 15 plus years.

This is just getting pathetic! im tired of the games not being televised... looks like another trip to wild wings if they are even showing it on PPV

Slightly off subject, but I was wondering about this weekends game. I thought I heard that the Bama game as well as the UT/Arky game were both on LF. If so, would that mean that those of us living in ALA will be stuck with the Bama choice?

See that's the thing. I think we are only allowed to one PPV game per year or something like that. So it looks like radio. BS!

Both games will be available on the internet for free.

From the title, I thought this thread was a quote from Nick Saban talking about Alabama recruiting.

Do you even know what you are talking about? It sounds like you are just throwing out thoughts as though they are facts. The Vandy game will be on PPV.

Have you compared our number of televised games with that of our SEC couterparts? Are you sure this is the least number of televised games in 15 years? Or did you just make that up?

You mean live and streaming? For free? Where do you find that? I listened to last week via the Vol Network on-line, but didn't know I could have been watching it. Thanks in advance for the info.

This i believe he is right about. I've probably watched every ut game in the last fifteen years and yes we have been passed over more this year than any other i can remember. Mullet is pretty knowledgable he speaks the truth.

Yahoo broadcasts the Lincoln Financial games on the internet. I'll dig up the link.

Well, I thought there was a limit for PPV games. That's why the La-Laf game wasn't on TV.

I don't care about our counterparts. If you fail to realize that we have had a inordinate amount of games on PPV or not televised this year then it will be hard to convice you otherwise.

Also, they said in the paper that Vandy is not going to be televised since 88' and that MISS. ST. game was the first SEC game not to be on TV since sometime in the 90's. So putting two and two together and the fact that three of our non-conf. games were not on regular TV then I would say this is probably the worst year TV-wise for us since divisional play started. The thing is that I can put things together without having some media outlet tell me.

Perhaps, and that may be something difficult to research. I just find it hard to believe based solely on the growth of television options since the early 90s.

I don't think it matters how many times you are on TV. Pretty sure the money all goes to the conference and is split up equally.
