Gents, i cant even sleep because of this mess. Every time I set my phone down and try to force myself to forget about UT football in general, it happens. Like a crack addiction. Somehow, my phone ends up right back in my hand as I lie here in bed. I seriously cant get over the fact that this coaching search is exactly like the last two. Absolutely unbelievable but believable at the same time only because i witnessed the last two searches. Depressing, like theres just no way out and we are sitting in the bottom of a 20 mile deep pit...no ladders, no rope. Have to claw your way out on your own somehow by your fingertips.
Man oh man.
Is this wearing you out? It is me. Just look at these thread titles. We are down to pin the tail on the donkey.
I went to LSU and Vandy games. Interim coach would rather recieve a kick in a typhoon than wait a few minutes, just to get it over with. If the coach quits, you can't expect the team to keep going. I saw two games with little effort and it crossed my mind, "Why am I here?" I'm paying for a Ruth's Chris steak and getting a Waffle House steak instead. Alabama/Auburn is playing real football on TV and I'm being served up hot garbage in Neyland Stadium.
I dunno.. I'll probably be back. Maybe it can't get worse. 99Gator gets it.
Somebody cheer me up.
Hey I'm trying

Maybe this will cheer you up -- we're making a lot of $ man:
21. Ole Miss: $56.8 million
20. South Carolina: $59.6 million
16. Arkansas: $68.9 million
13. Texas A&M: $73.7 million
11. Florida: $83.8 million
10. LSU: $85.7 million
8. Georgia: $87.6 million
7. Auburn: $92.5 million
3. Alabama: $103.9 million
2. Tennessee: $107.1 million
Wait, maybe this will cheer you up:
0-8.
Wait, this recent insight from the team's qb's dad should cheer you up:
"Get read y, (because) Pandors'a box just (was) opened up !'
Or this:
Miss St just hired their new coach, within bout 5 days or less after their head coach left to fill the vacancy at FL.
Or this:
John Currie, as I understand it, has now had some involvement with the firing of 2 head coaches at Tennessee, but has never, while being an AD at 2 universities, hired a head coach.
Or this:
When recently-announcing the Neyland renovation plans as approved by BoT and in view of then 0-7 or -06 SEC, Mr. Currie described it, in part, this way...
"To quote General Neyland's game maxim #3: If at first the game or the breaks go against you, don't let up. Put on more steam!
In fact, the momentum of our fundraising over the last several months exceeds our expectations!""
In short: don't let up. ! I hope that helps.
