Look at Jared Goff in 2016 with Weinke and 2017 with Sean McVay...

Look at Nick Foles with the Rams and Weinke and Nick Foles in the Super Bowl the next year with the Eagles

JG learned his conman skills from Butch. Both were pretty good at it.

If CBJ was a "conman", and thus far in their careers at UT, he has outcoached Pruitt. What does that make Pruitt? If I were Pruitt, I would resign solely based off of that fact and just realize I am better off as a coordinator. It would salvage any self respect I had for myself

I can guarantee there’s more wrong than just an assistant coach on this offense. You have Martin who was a QB and Chaney who has developed several good QBs. I’m not saying Weinke doesn’t need to go but I don’t think him going will fix anything.

I want to see the Chaney that coached Bray and ran those plays.

I can't remember was it Bray and Chaney that you could tell when they would throw or run or was that someone else? I think he would line them up in pistol when they would run and regular shotgun when pass.

There's no guessing now....It's run, run, run, run, run.....

So, JG attended the Manning Academy multiple times (#6 gurus on the list), has had two years of daily Weinke (#3 on the list), and has worked with Whitfield (#1 on the list):

JG working with nation's #1 QB guru

Maybe we should try sending him to someone considered a really crappy qb teacher?

I think it was Jalen Hurd under Butch. When he was going to run from the shotgun he would be a bit behind the qb (but to the side, not in the pistol) to get some forward momentum built up for the handoff, and on passing plays he would be at the same depth as the qb. It was a huge tell.

Seems like I remember a game or two where if it was a run Bray would leave his mouth piece in his facemask but a pass he would use it.
