"This could be the best team we've played," Thad Matta (who already played #1 UNC)

I would put us ahead of NC, I would have ranked us above them before yesterday their transition defense is terrible. We match up much, much, much better with them than Memphis, Kansas, UCLA, or even G-Town. Both teams are deep, and they have a better inside player obviously in TH, but they struggle to shoot the 3 and with Frasor out we're deeper at PG because Ramar is better than Graves, I would be fairly confident in saying we would beat the Heels if we played today.
we don't matchup well with them at all. they run, we transition D worse than they do. they rebound (it starts their running game) we don't. They have an inside game, we have no semblance of one.

UCLA > NC IMO
I know you can't always judge by this but, in a comparison of schedules, UCLA pounded Maryland earlier and Davidson as well, who NC barely beat

UCLA played Davidson after Stephen Curry tore a ligament in his wrist. They also didn't pound them, it was at least 6 points closer than the margin, if you watched the game.

He played 2 minutes and he's not a PG. That would be like saying Ty Lawson is better than Tabb

I think Kansas loses at least two in the conference, the Big 12 is as good as I can remember. The Memphis game on Feb 23 could end up being the game of the regular season. Anyone have any info on tickets?

haha good luck on tickets my friend...that ones been sold out before the georgetown game...unless u can afford to drop 300-400 bucks for nosebleed tix from scalpers u might as well jsut come down on beale and watch it down there

A memphis fan at my office offered me $500 each for my 2 tickets (good seats, not great).

UNC went down to a mediocre Maryland team. UT is definitely better. I would rank the top 4 teams right now, as follows:

#1 Kansas
#2 Memphis
#3 Tennessee
#4 North Carolina
Don't disregard UCLA, Love would cause nightmares inside for UT......At this point I would have to rank UCLA ahead of UT.

I'm anxious to see where we are ranked. I watched sports center last night and our win over the Buckeyes didn't get much coverage. They went over the UNC upset 3 or 4 times, as well as the other upsets before getting to a quick highlight segment from our game in the second half of the show.

BTW, did you see on the page linked by the OP:

Days since Michigan’s last victory over Ohio State in football: 1520

Yep, and the UNC-Davidson game was 20 miles from Davidson's campus; the UCLA-Davidson game was about 2,400 miles from Davidson's campus. And Davidson had something like an 18-pt lead on UCLA in the first half.
