Think we have 75,000 @ the game ?

Thursday nite, students that don't care, poor record last 15 years, covid & no visiting fanbase probably equal a small turnout ?

Including season tickets, they have sold less than 80,000 for Thursday night. Bowling Green only claimed about 1000. I personally know at least 10 season ticket holders that aren’t using their tickets. 70,000 is going to be a tough number to crack, in my opinion.

When they mark tickets down to $19 a week or two before kickoff that tells you alot. Gonna be a lot of empty seats.

OP hit it on the head. There's a lot of factors at work here, the 2 biggest being covid and the fact that we've been irrelevant for so many years. Hope I'm wrong. But I don't know that they could give the rest of the tickets away and it be full.

I honestly don't think the Thursday night game is all that big of a deal if you take out the 2 above items. I was there for App State and IIRC It was a close to full stadium that night.

Weather could hurt attendance even more.
I doubt weather would hurt anything for Thursday. The Ida stuff is supposed to blow through by tomorrow night and right now there's only a 3% chance of rain. Plus, it's not gonna be hot as hell. Could change, but I hope not. 😂😂

We won 4 games last year bub, covid certainly does matter. UT students don't care like they used too. It's a fact
Are you moonlighting as a private investigator going around campus and collecting input from students on how they feel about going to football games?

Without data to back up your statement, it is in fact an opinion, not a fact.

I’ll be there Thursday and next Saturday. I’m actually more excited for Thursday because I didn’t get to attend a game last year. I don’t care if there’s only 85k, I will soak every second up.
