Tennessee scored 21 on Florida despite six turnovers. One of those turnovers directly took 7 points off the board and surely we would have scored at least a few points with one of those other five possessions, right? Would everyone still be freaking out about our offense if Helton would’ve put 35 points on the board against the Gators?

All fine to look back and rationalize, like all us Vols have gotten TOO used to. Your points will be validated if we're able to correct the mistakes and play better tomorrow. They've got it in them, they just have to decide to do it.

The only win coming tomorrow is for Vol fans that get blackout drunk before kickoff on brown liquor.
Favorite past time in the 90's when we were whipping UGA every year was to go to Athens and get close to black out drunk and verbally abuse UGA fans

If excuses were 10 dollar bills, this board could pay off the national debt. WE R Bad- face reality my boy. Learn to live in the real world.

Hopefully UT is competitive again within 10 years.

The silver lining for me personally, my son is only 1 and isn’t really witnessing this mess. Hopefully by the time he’s 10, we will be consistently relevant again.

Just remember guys: If you take away all the bad things about a team and add in some good things, then they will be as good as teams that already do those things without using fantasy mulligans.

For your sake I hope you're right. For 18 years my son wanted to go to UT, now he's leaning MS State. State is a little better with the major he's interested in, and if football is going to suck, why not go elsewhere?

As a parent I have mixed emotions. I'd looked forward to having another reason to go to Knoxville during season, but State has also really been showing him love. They keep offering more every week, but all UT has done is invite on a visit. Bad when out of state schools offer a kid WAY more than UT.

Don't go there. You are biased. He may not fit.

My wife looks just like selma Hayek, only.she is shorter and her face is different
This type of statement could get you killed if it is discovered. Depending on what your wife really looks like, if she is a smaller version of Hayek, with as good or better face. You will be ok,,, otherwise.......
