You should see our Walmart. My wife has had to use a cane since the septic shock, half the time she'll use a scooter in Walmart, the other half she'll just lean on the buggy, depending on how she feels. She's had a handicap tag for a while, but it's rare to find a spot empty. The bad thing, it's also rare to find a car parked in those spits with a handicap tag, or even the one you hang from the mirror. Then there's always people like someone we know, she brags about driving her mom's car with a handicap tag, so she doesn't have to walk far.I understand there are numerous conditions that qualify a person to park in a handicapped space, but if neither you nor a passenger in your vehicle requires assistance getting from the parking lot to the building, you do not need to be parking there.
