Things I'm mad about today

I’m pizzed...at myself, for not dealing with AT&T, like I said I would 2 months ago. Every time I call, I get someone, that barely speaks English and doesn’t understand my complaints. 🤬🤬🤬

always ask them if they are located in Pakistan or India. Pisses them off. Last guy said Atlanta based but I have my suspicions
 
Have you tried telling them "bite me"?

First, I haven’t put it as nicely as you would have, not proud of my conduct on my interactions with them. second, I don’t know how to express it well enough in the broken English that I get back to my questions. Time for me to take a long deep breath, and I mean long deep breath, and battle with them again tomorrow. I am tenacious when I get aggravated.

If all else fails, I will call and act like you. You may never be able to have service with them again, and most likey get a visit from the police. But that offer is there if you need it😄

They speak English. It's all just an act to avoid complaints and switching your service.

Just calmly tell them you want to speak to an English speaking supervisor or your next call to them will be to cancel your service.

Talking to them calmly ship has already sailed. I’m done. I’ll calmly tell them tomorrow, when I call, once again, that I cancel, this will be after I set up with another carrier. I will get satisfaction when I do.
