Years ago I went to give some blood at my churches blood drive and they wouldn't take it because they said my blood pressure was too high and told me I needed to go have a doctor check it out. He prescribed hypertension medicine which is one capsule I take every morning. My blood pressure has been perfect since then.

I was on bp meds for years. After they put the stint in my bp dropped off to normal levels. He took me off the meds a little over a year ago. It's stayed in the normal level. Of course I've put a few pounds back on lately. I'm sure that's contributing to it.

That's all I wanted to talk about . He wants to try to tweak my diet and see if that helps before he puts me back on meds.
