Things I'm mad about today

I'll tell you who I made mad this morning, my wife! She had literally about 10 minutes prior paid the electric bill (which isn't actually due until next week). I had seen a guy in an electric truck go to the end of our subdivision, and as I'd go out he was working his way to our end. He got to our house, and told me he was changing out the meters. That the power would be off for a couple of minutes, then he'd be done. I walked inside and she asked what he was doing, and the power went out. My hamster started turning, and I told her he was cutting our power off for non payment. She got mad, and was calling the company. I let her say hello before I confessed, she threw a water bottle at me😬

The asphalt guys were mad about this today...........

At work today I was coming out of a side street and on the cross street in front of me they had just laid down a new layer of asphalt but the steam roller hadn't come that far down to smash it down. There was a group of guys working in the intersection and I was waiting for the steam roller and a young looking dude motioned for me to comer on out so I did. I heard a bunch of guys yelling really loud and looked in my side view mirror and the truck left tire tracks about 6" deep in the new asphalt. Oops I said.

If they are like any of the asphalt crews I've known, young man will have a shovel in his hands filling that rut.

And that's how we learn. :)

I'm mad our new Hardee's was packed, and I was too tired to wait forever to get my gravy.

I'm mad we have to take the van and get The airbags fixed because of the recall. I'm also mad we got the recall two days after the wreck about the air bag not working.
