Im mad when we called to cancel sprint that they suddenly were willing to go back down on our bill, and we were such good customers. Shouldve appreciated me before you doubled my bill! I told her it wasnt her, that it was me. Ha
I can say the same damn thing about ADT monitoring.......let me rephrase that-----I'm mad because ADT almost doubled my monitoring fee but decided I was a great customer when I called to cancel and immediately cut my fee in half. I'm mad ADT raised the price to begin with!
