I thought you were going to say your medical setback was the transition surgery they performed. I"m glad it didn't hold you back from runningI had a medical setback November of last year that prevented me from my weekly jog routine. At first I thought there was a stress fracture in my foot but it turns out the soreness was related to how my foot was shaped according to my physician. Probably over did as well and should have known my limits. I finally hit up my old course today jogging two miles. My stamina definitely needs some work because Two miles took 25 minutes. Hell, I was running a 5k on my lunch break before all this stuff happened. Thankfully the pain is not there anymore.
Sympathies. After a months long hiatus for prostate cancer treatment, I got back on the bike this past week. First ride, just five miles. Second and third 11 and 10 miles. I used to ride ~70 miles each week, with the midweek ride being 36 to 45 miles. It will take time to find the groove again.I had a medical setback November of last year that prevented me from my weekly jog routine. Soma sells strap ons. Happy anniversary.DAY 3:
Took HBPW to a store named Soma in Turkey Creek. All I know is, I wasn't allowed inside so I sat outside on a bench. Lol
Then off to the Olive Garden for the Shrimp Alfredo and Lasagna. We won a game of Trivia against the rest of the country. Whoopeddatass we did.
