I don't know how he did his but I just add wood chips to my weber and ans it works pretty well. Cook over indirect for a while then move over direct heat and finish

House inspection was essentially flawless. No radon worries either. Don’t expect any issues when the pest inspection or the septic inspection, but we’ll see. Appraisal should be this week. That’s the big worry.

Thanks. Hallie's remarkably laid-back considering her bros. Think she'll give them run for their money. She's a cutie, very expressive and is as tall as the guys were at 3 months. Deep blue eyes and has been treating her mother better than the boys did.
