I'm guessing this has a peel off backing? Think I saw someone installing this on "doublewide" roof here in Keys recently! This SAS Modified roofing system by mule hide is cool as heck. It’s a lot easier than torching in the old commercial rubber roofing but the way you install it you better have it exactly where you want it when you set it because it’s not moving…….ever. It comes in two layers. Both layers are a peel off plastic both layers a thick rubber roofing. I really like it. But it is a tricky install. It grabs immediately and it’s down forever.I'm guessing this has a peel off backing? Think I saw someone installing this on "doublewide" roof here in Keys recently!
nice benchAnd since slice can’t leave anything alone…..I’ve started expanding the covered porch to the area where the hot tub was.

Mechanics drive the worst cars in town, Plumbers faucets always leaks etc. )Two decades ago, my wife and I lived next door to a commercial painter & plasterer. Throughout the time we lived there, he never repaired or painted his own house. He left a hole in his soffit until raccoons started to nest in his attic. Then, he shooed away the raccoons and placed a temporary patch over the hole. We wondered if he was so tired of doing what he did for a living to give any care to his own home.
good doodlingSo…..there’s a skylight that’s fogged over and the client doesn’t want to deal with it yet. My oldest son was doodling on the wall in the addition and they told him to paint something on it. (Nobody told me) so I show up to this…..View attachment 745089
Needs more grafitti, but that's a good start.Since my missus’ senile old cat took over the breakfast nook and began going to the bathroom wherever she pleased, we’ve had to sequester her when she’s not hanging out with the humans or out on the porch. At first, a makeshift barrier was made out of a menagerie of things. Then, I made a 5-panel folding barrier that works because her hip dysplasia won’t let her jump over it.
