Things built, torn down and other projects.(Pictures)

Ended up finishing the trailer deck today. Took me longer to do the last 10 boards than it is the rest of the back and lol.

That was some tough steel, kept breaking still bits. And par for the course it started raining but I had to get this finished to the last hour was miserable but it's done.

Didn't turn out too bad if I do say so myself. Only had a chainsaw, a square, and a borrowed drill driver to do it with. Cost me $50 for screws and that's about it.

Back to work on the building tomorrow.

Didn't feel too well today so only got in about 5 hours of serious work on the building.

Had a local guy show up that I do some trading with and gave him the left over flooring I didn't use and some pine boards.

Finished removing the lathing, then the rafters and the ceiling joists.

Hopefully I feel better tomorrow and can finish putting the 2 story portion on the ground.

That's what I'm thinking ....... just say a few syllables and then start hammerin'..... pretty soon youre all stress free

Got the upper floor tore off today. Hoped to get more done but the damn floor upstairs was a pain in the rear.

Took me longer to tear up that floor than it did everything else, about 4 hours or so.

So I'll start back on tearing out the ground floor tomorrow.

As far as wood, today was an awesome today. Close to 100% of the 2x stuff I pulled out was good. Conservatively I guess I got 1500 board feet in the last 2 days, so that translates to roughly $3000.. and I still have the bottom floor, the 1 story section, and the floors in it to take down.

I'm starting to think this one building will bring me over $10000 if my luck holds and the 2x stuff remains this good. I have already sold around $3000 of just 1x board and still have around another 1000 board feet of that left.

I have been putting most of everything I have been making back into the business but that's gonna change soon after I finish with the trailer. After that I'll be able to start saving more.
