Things are not as bad as it seems

“Things aren’t as bad...............”

No.....not at all. Kentucky beating Tennessee at Tennessee by 27.......really isn’t that bad.......it also happened back in the 1800’s when Tennessee didn’t have a coach at all.

Getting blown out 3 weeks in a row......really wasn’t that bad.......because you know.....Kentucky is like world beaters.

Also what “improving” are you talking about?

Yeah...but Pruitt says we are looking more like Alabama so there is that.

He got crossed up a little when he meant we looked like the team in Hoover but its a minor point.

The fact is, this program should have never declined to the point where the most regular season wins we have had in a season in the last decade is 8.

This bye week has given us all time for reflection. Taking a step back and looking at things again puts things in perspective...Kentucky showed they are a really good ball club...kept the game close with Georgia. This shows that our loss to Kentucky was not all that bad. Kentucky is a top 20 team. Lets keep up the hard work and keep improving!!
Thank you Coach Pruitt for those inspiring words! After that speech, I will not watch the next few blowout defeats we suffer and just listen to your positive message! Thanks!

I guess for some, year 15 of the rebuild is still part of the process.

I kinda agree with the thread.....some. Yes there is reason to worry if we lost to Kentucky without turning it over like 21-24 in a close one. Alabama is Alabama we are going to lose to them by 25 as long as Saban is the coach. If if...... we go out and play well and win after a bye week then that will right the ship in front of us. But if we go out and lose 10-24 then the season is probably over and need to work on getting ready for next year. Next year we will have a 12 game season and 110 players on our roster eligibility will NOT count against any player and they can play better next year.

There is no transitive property for sucking...KY blew us out at Neyland and hung close with GA at home. You cannot take positives from tonight’s game.....

Yeah. They're bad.... and they didn't just beat UT. They blew the Vols out at home.

All they can do is work hard and improve. But until Pruitt starts making better decisions... all the hard work in the world won't fix what's wrong.

I've never hated a post on any board as much as this one. A loss to Kentucky is not that bad? This is where we are!!!!! It's time to panic.

"Things are not as bad as IT seems" The title told me to stay away; but LOL. Note: When/IF you proofread your post, if it's hard to follow, it ain't ready.
