This has got to be the most rediculous football team in Tennessee history. If this don't get these stupid coaches fired. Then send Hamilton a moving van too.

after the failed 4th down play, Sanders walked up and down that sidleines as if his job as OC was done. There was a look of death in his eyes.

Fire the entire offensive coaching staff. Clean house and start over. Obviously they are not making a difference in discipline, execution, or game plan.

Definitely one of the most disappointing teams in Tennessee history. They just passed the '02 squad.

Why fire the coaches? The coaches didn't drop the balls on the 1st down line. The coaches didn't fumble the ball in the endzone.

We are angry and upset TideGirl. We pay our coaches MILLIONS of dollars and THIS is the kind of team we get??

Fulmer has been widely quoted as saying Sanders would be there as long as he was the head coach. No changes are coming.

Get used to it.

You're right, but the coaches also didn't call the plays to make it in the end zone; and haven't done it all year. Just because you're use to a sorry football program, don't mean we have to.

The coaches obviously aren't preparing the team to play. If I were a bammer I wouldn't want to see any changes in our staff either.

I just don't see how Teneesee can be a powerhouse for so many years, have a down year and the fans want the coaches gone. Teams have down years...

Yeah, but Fulmer's teams have a long history of mental problems if there isn't a great leader on the field- the coaches just don't provide it.

The best thing you can say about Fulmer is he's an amazing recruiter.

Next to Pat Summitt, however, he's proven he's inept at preparing kids mentally.

If we were talking one or two games of mistakes, that's the kids. When it goes on over years, and this year consistently game after game, then that's on the coaches....

The only good thing about losses is that they force the hand of the coaching staff at UT. Granted players drop passes and fumble the ball but I have never seen a UT team so clueless and that comes from the staff. It is my hope that maybe we can beat Kentucky and I pray to the Lord that we don't get beat by Vandy.

RS actually called some good plays - players once again didn't execute. Ainge once again was missing open receivers, backs dropping balls and of course another critical fumble.

My biggest beef with the coaching was sticking with Ainge in an apparent attempt to get him some practice time when it was clear he was playing just like he has all season.

If no changes are made voluntarily by Fulmer changes will be made involuntarily to Fulmer which will include him. There is way too much talent, tradition and pride in this program to have it run into the ground like it is. Johnny was "Tennessee's favorite son" and he was ousted after screwing up a good thing. Fulmer's NC meal ticket is going to run out if he doesn't make some changes. I like Fulmer, but if he doesn't realize we're flat out broke then he needs to go.

I would like to see trooper stick around, but the rest of the offensive staff including our ex-oline head coach can hit the road. Chavis for HC.

Good football programs don't like losing and losers coaching good football programs. See Ya Fat Man, See Ya Sandy Britches. Send them to Vandy, let the docs and lawyers have them. We're done with being conservative. That's what got one of the great Vols of all times fired. Remember saying By Majors. I do!

because when you have that many fumbles, penaltys, etc then you obviously have problems with your :whistling:
fundamental coaching. you dont just have these many screw ups without an underlying problem

That said, Hamilton is no Dickie, and so like it or not, he's going to stay loyal and ask us to ride this out
