Only beat this same team by 7 a few years ago with much better talent. And the reason we have no players today is because of his laziness and hiring of inferior coaches.

The reason we have no players is because they quit or transferred in between coaching changes and robbed gas stations. Gonna take time.

Today was a stark reminder of the terrible mistake that was made after the 2005 season.

and throwing his hat/headset at the same time....then turning to assistant to ask for a doughnut.

Dude, seriously. It wasn't funny 5 years ago, and it isn't now. We get it. He was a big guy. He played offensive line. Grow up.

HAW HAW HAW! :eek:lol:

The guys who wanted Fulmer gone are today looking dumber than a sack of hammers (and, in truth, have been looking that way for over a year).

And y'all have the temerity to call someone out for stating the obvious? Fulmer would have fielded a better team yesterday. Lennon Creer, Ahmad Paige, Donald Langley, and a host of recruits to fit team needs any one of them would have made a huge difference yesterday.

Someone said it on another thread, but the guys who wanted Fulmer gone should be rounded up and beaten with sticks.

And yet, of all the people here that follow UT football, only VegasVol agrees with you.

Not even close. VN is hardly a cross-section of the TN faithful. As the gas station incident suggests.

VegasVol remains one, if not the, most cogent, trenchant, and knowledgable people on the board. Who said, "give me one man of real worth, and I'll take on one hundred fools?" or something to that effect.

As for Wyoming. One word - HAMBONE.

Sarcastic?????

I hope you're being sarcastic!

Fulmer would have fielded a deeper, stronger, and better team yesterday BY A MILE.

That doofus can't even get a job at a mid tier program. It shows what everyone thinks of his coaching ability.

No this guy loves him some Phil. He likes to play it safe and is Ok with finishing 2nd in the east every year meanwhile doing nothing to try to improve our position in the SEC. But hey why take a few steps back to try to move ahead of your competiton, when you can just stand still and watch them beat you year after year after year

It's not just Wyoming, we had gotten our teeth kicked in by our biggest rivals. Ya his teams were just tearing it up out there.
