Maybe I’m just as pissed as the “fans” you claim I’m not apart of? I really don’t care who it is. UT just needs a change. I think they need someone capable of running but if JP went HB then it’s better than JG imo.

For the record I’m in the camp that wants to go with a change. I don’t necessarily think that BM or HB will give us a better chance to win but I’d like to give them more game experience and build for next year. I also don’t blame CJP for sticking with JG - coach is playing for wins to continue recruiting momentum and unfortunately JG offers him the safest approach.

But to your point Joe, I honestly think JG and UT part ways next year. My best guess is that he’s gonna know the QB change is coming... coaches know they can’t risk letting a HB get frustrated and leave.

And I wasn’t wrong in anything I said prior to the O&W game. It just took a few months for it to “become truth” as you like to say.

No no no. Mauer was outstanding last year till he got hit in the head one too many times. He needs to maybe play with less wreckless abandon for his health but the guy played very, very well.

You took it as a conspiracy. All I was saying is he became a 4* receiver by going up and attacking the football in traffic and he didn’t do so on that particular play. And I don’t “keep score”. I just remember what I’ve said and I don’t back down.
