Met a strength coach from Orlando who is here working with Coach Mac
Met a guy fyesterday that is a S&C coach at a NAIA school down in Orlando. We got to talking and he is up here working an unpaid internship with Coach Mac. We spoke a little bit about philosophies and he told me that they werent firm believers in a particular method. He explained that nothing they do is routine therefore the athletes dont get used to a particular workout. We spoke a little about Barwis that was at Michigan and he said he was an incredible coach. Lastly he said year 3 or 4 watch out...there will be animals on the hill.

Yeah, Barwis really did wonders at Michigan didn't he. He changed everything that legendary Mike Gittelson had been successful with at Michigan and ran that team's S&C into the gutter.

This isn't anywhere near as bad as rexvol starting a thread using quotes from a Florida guy on the Rivals main board. Literally some random Florida kid on the worst board on the internet flames Tennessee's recruiting and rexvol brings it over here and starts a thread titled "An outside view on UT recruiting" with it. LOL

Am I missing something with this guy?

what are you missing? how about that its an internet message board? You can obsess over your hurt feelings that I posted something that you didnt agree with or you can chose to not open a thread started by me. Its really that simple.

I believe he means that by then you will see guys that spent 4 years in Coach Mac's system.
