There is another big fish (running back) in the pond!

So some want to take backup QB, TE and/or linemen and put them at RB? I'll take my chances with real runners. Roll with the guys we've recruited and signed to run the ball.

I hear you but coaches are stubborn I wouldn't expect him to change his ways

I agree and seems like when we let off the gas it messes up our rhythm and offensive production sometimes. Not to mention letting teams come back on us. I say if they can't stop us we keep scoring.

At this point that body will not help us. In my opinion when the season starts they will not have time to spend with one player to get him up to speed
I mean I think you’re probably right but if injuries start to mount up you just need more at the position. Hopefully Small stays healthy this year and it’s not an issue.

Might as well bring him on if Heupel can. With the portal like it is now, it can't hurt anything. Keep him or pretty much cut him.

The holy, unforgiving, can't let go Milton hate is strong among some here. Hate to think if a spouse or significant other brings home dark instead of medium roast coffee, or forgot to gas up the car. Oh, the hysteria, the hysteria!

Ridiculous police calls.

Why would any running back who was down the depth chart transfer to another school where he would be down the depth chart? Yes we could use the extra body, but what does transferring to UT do for him?

He’s better than Dobbs at throwing the ball, but he is somewhat slower than Dobbs…which means his likelihood of getting hit hard goes way up when he takes off. So, like you I’m a little unsettled if he gets drilled…he means too much to this O! GBO!
Dobbs was great at avoiding tackles, and he never took a big hit. Hendon is a good runner, but he’s not in the same class as dobbs. That being said Hooker is a much more accurate passer.

Just to be clear, you are arguing against more depth in a position of need? From a 4 star…fast as greased lightening, RB no less? Alrighty then…makes perfect sense. Smh.
Ummm... no that's definitely not what I'm doing. I'm saying your use of the term "big fish" is misleading.
