This past Christmas was my first time under 200 lbs since 1990. Holding around 195 now. Sticking with my summer routine for this winter & I never do anything in the winter. Running/Walking 5 miles on Monday Wednesday Friday & P90X Kenpo X on Tuesday & Thursday. I love doing Kenpo, a super awesome workout. Feels so good finally not chasing a number & just maintaining. Pics are from this week

Appreciate the concern but it comes with the territory. Nominated but not elected most handsome my senior year in high school, 1978. Been a whole lotta fun from then on.
Pic is from Sr prom. I had broken up with my girl & didn’t ask her. She was a class lower. I asked the girl pictured if she’d go with me. She said no outta respect for my girl. So I went by myself & so did the girl pictured. Come picture time neither one of us had anybody for a picture so we had one made together. Every class reunion we have a pic taken together.
She was once a judge, now an attorney & can now be seen in commercials for the firm she’s with on TV in Memphis. I ended up on Vol Nation. We’re both famous!!
