Got mine today from the family.
I have a vast collection of wood carvings so they got me a chainsaw carving that best represents me.

OK, here's what I got for me. I started a few weeks ago and just got the last one today and got it (WiFi Printer) set up on the PC's and laptops.

I got a set of new irons because the Pings were getting a little old. I got to use them twice before the weather turned cold.

New irons needed a new putter, so I bought one of these. Feels good.

And, I just received my latest gift to myself today and have it all set up.

These could be gifts, too. I bought these last week to help with my workouts.

And, these a few days ago because I liked them.

I might need more after Christmas presents so I'm over on Amazon looking around.

So far, multiple bass pro gift cards and a storage bag for my ATV. Can't complain with those.

Do you like the Callaway irons?
I have a set of xtours that were custom built for me 20 yrs ago.

I do like them a lot. They're about 8-10 yards longer than my Pings. Also, get the ball up in a high trajectory. A golfing buddy researched them earlier in the year and said they were about the biggest bang for the buck. They are extremely forgiving. The problem with my irons (I have two sets of Lynx and one set of Pings) are they are close to 10 years old. I've read on several good websites and been told by a few pros that irons start to deteriorate after about 8 years. You might not notice it but they don't quite hit as far, solid or straight as they used to. Probably some, like me, just figure we're not as good as we used to be when, in fact, it's probably old equipment. Also, there has been tremendous technological advances in iron design in just the past 5 years.

I probably need new irons. When the kids are grown and I have time to play again I just might upgrade. But I really like my clubs.
