The WRASSLIN’ Thread

Seeing Hayter going against Thekla at Wrestledream in a in a non title match on a PPV is really good to see for AEW. That usually doesn't happen for AEW with the women without a title. Very good to see!!

Well,I didn't see the Vision turning on Rollins like that especially this soon. I thought they would at least have this go until right around the Rumble.

Read that Seth Rollins tore his rotator cuff vs Cody at Crown Jewel and probably will miss a large amount of time...

Yeah,I read something about that. That would explain WWE pulling the trigger quickly on the Vision turning on Seth. I think it was supposed to be around WrestleMania.

I think the injury happened at the match at Crown Jewel with Cody. He did a coast to coast move from one side of the ring to the other and they believe that's the cause of the injury.

Did any of you see the Hardy's/ Dudley's final match? It was a pretty good final match. Matt and Jeff look like they are in a lot better shape than when they were AEW. I thought Bubba and D-Von were going to have heart attacks a couple of times in the match lol. It was very well done. Especially the finish and the after stuff with the Dudley's giving the Hardy's their boots. Matt said later that nobody had any idea that they were going to do that.

The last of old ECW guys are riding off into the sunset. The Hardy's likely won't be far behind. Hard to believe it was 30 years ago when ECW was the "bleeding edge" of the buisness.

Definitely won’t be watching tonight so will likely take me a few days to catch up. Looking forward to the card, even the tailgate brawl card has some solid build to it.

There will be three women’s matches on main card with Mone issuing an open challenge. Personally, think it’s time time start a downward spiral angle with her dropping TBS first.

Yeah these Saturday PPVs are tough. Currently debating if I'll catch a replay of Wrestledream or try to "2 screen" it.

Kind of wish I'd "2 screened it" lol

"Tailgate" was fun. Having a combined Dynamite/Collision and then an hour preshow on TNT before the PPV is the way.

FTR and JetSpeed starts at the very end of Tailgate and bled into the PPV btw. I just went ahead and started it. We'll see how far I get.
Jet Speed and FTR have a very Beer Money vs Motor City vibe and I'm hear for it.

I didn't watch it last night. I choose a day of college football over it. I read and seen some of the highlights. Sounded like an overall good show for the most part. I won't spoil anything, but it was cool seeing Sting at the ripe old age of 66 with that epic beard getting involved in a match. I'll give the Stinger a pass for getting involved in matches as long as it's not an actual match.

I heard of another match going forward at Full Gear that im not pleased about, but it cant all be a grand slam. I'm just glad for the most part,Wrestledream turned out good.
