Cody turning only makes sense if The Rock is involved. Once Street Fighter is done filming and The Rock’s new movie is fully promoted, I think we get the heel turn. Cody’s character arch is getting stale, especially with another title run and no true man to beef with since Reigns pretty much has one foot out the door.
