The WRASSLIN’ Thread

It wasn’t a bad show. I think NXT had the best match of the night. I think the AEW guy that lost his balance and slipped off the top turnbuckle might have actually hurt his knee.

It felt like 1997 last night flipping back and forth, watching wrestling. Enjoyed both shows! I will say that AEW needs a little more depth to their product.

Swagger brings a Brock-lite realism if they book him right. Need to put him with somebody who can talk.

I just don’t want this to fizzle out just like WWe and them to be able to separate themselves on a different level not be a copycat so to speak.

WWE's big problem is filling 5 hours of weekly content. I don't think there's a TV show ever invented that can pull that off with no breaks and not get stale. Hopefully, AEW will stick to a 2 hour format and just be what they are.

I’m all for WWe scaling way back.

Just finished Dynamite. They had a pretty good start on TNT. It's so weird to have JR and Schiavone on the call together. But it works. We'll see is they can keep it going.
