UVA is an average team, Clemson is the team in the ACC that I am wanting to see more of. Are they for real this year or is this just another one of those teams that fold in conference play? ACC is down like the SEC this year.

Clemson's good. This will be the year that Oliver gets them solidly into the tournament.

They're athletic and play with intensity, led by James Mays...they're not a very good shooting team overall, though Rivers and Hammonds are solid.

I like the freshman point guard, Demontez Stitt. He's going to be a good one for them.

You'll get a good idea of what they're made of when they host North Carolina this weekend.

That's one of the games i'm waiting for. Its about time for UNC play somebody.

It's at Clemson. NC should take care of them, but anything can happen on the road.

Winning at Xavier will probably be our best win (if we lose to Memphis) in the regular season after it's all over. This team will just keep getting better. Beating VA the way they did and having the home win streak that they had just shows how difficult it is winning on their court.

That's a good thing for Clemson. They've lost 47 straight at UNC, which might be the longest losing streak in the country.

Also agree that the Xavier win will continue to look better as the season progresses - not just that we beat them at their place, but also that we did it in a tight, physical game with a 5-pt deficit late in the game.

This will be their toughest test this season, especially now that Frasor, Thomas and Stepheson are out. The @Kentucky game looked a lot tougher before the season started, but I still maintain that the win at TOSU was convincing and impressive. TOSU has some serious athletes.

Clemson has Ogelsby out of Bradley Central High School in Cleveland, TN. He is playing very well as a freshman.

Maybe this was revisionist history, but didn't Buzz say he didn't go after Humphrey b/c they already had Dane for the same position, and there weren't any schollys left?
