If it were up to me, I'd give my chancellor the names I'd be offering 7-8 mil per year and start with those guys. Then my 5-6 mil candidate, etc

Should I make another one with the names of every single coach in college football?

What about Chris Klieman? Sure, he's at a "cupcake" school, but he's got a better win percentage than some of the names listed and he's been throttling some of these other schools the past few years. FCS national champion with ND State two years in a row and won their conference the past four years. 50-6 last 4 years. He also beat Indiana State this year worse than we did.
