If what you say is true, that the only team you trailed in the number of players drafted was USC, and you guys finished 7-6, then I would say your coaching staff did a piss poor job of coaching last year.

I had had a SC fan come up to me and say "We don't pump, gas we kick ass". I thought it was pretty funny.

No, it was 3 of those players drafted didn't give a crap about our school anymore. Captain Munnerlyn, E Cook, and Jared Cook all quit playing for us. They just wanted to go get drafted. They were all Juniors and by far our best talent we had on the field.

I'm a TN fan and I thought the "go pump gas" chant was classless. It was no better than Alabama's rammer jammer chant after this year's loss to them. At what point is winning not enough and you have to rub it in?

How is that not funny? Especially after Moe Brown told the world he was gonna "Show them how we pump gas here in South Carolina."

Rammer Jammer this year was stupid because they did not, in fact, "beat the hell out of us." Completely different circumstances.

The fact that is so absurd that someone in their 30's would use "pumping gas" (an expression that was replaced with "flipping burgers" 40 years ago) is what makes this LIE so funny. When Kiff said "I wouldn't say that" it was almost hard not to believe him.

If you want to stop it, show us "how you do pump gas" as MB says and I bet it dies.

no problem, and as for all the people talking about how he was talking trash.. guys, hes a USCjr fan, are yall saying yall never talk trash and then lose? we do.. i know i was talking crap to florida, bama, ucla, and auburn fans all week and we lost. its part of college football so we cant really blame him for that. IMO

You are the one who came here in the first place trying to "talk smack". You can go whenever you'd like.

USCjr tried to motivate themselves and be "relevant" by using this whole gas-pumping thing... and it backfired.

Miserably.
