The Walking Dead

A bite or scratch will kill you.

I dont think he was bit. Unless they are being ridiculously inconsistent he would have already broken out in a noticable fever by the time he got back to Woodbury.

Okay. It doesn't make sense to me how they're already infected, but a bite or scratch can turn them. Did they explain this? I feel like I've seen this debate quite a bit. Is it asymptomatic until the bite/scratch?

It's amazing what a good story arc and development process will do for a character. I couldn't stand Andrea the last two seasons, but her being chased through the warehouse last night had me on edge. Will be interesting to see what happens in the next two weeks.

This. I've wanted her gone for a long time, but I found myself wanting her to get away.

When I saw the chains I immediately thought of this from the comics

Was it ever said what Milton did before the zombie apocalypse?

I'd like the re-watch the scene to catch exactly what was said, but I was wondering if Milton was The Gov's doctor/psychiatrist before the world went to crap.

Milton told Andrea that he knew Phillip before he became the Gov. When he was talking to the Gov in Woodbury about getting past things and not letting them resurface I was wondering if that relates to something before the zombies. He made it sound like the Gov has done something like this before.

Not sure, but on the talking dead, Andrea's character said that Andrea was a human rights lawyer before the outbreak - which I found interesting.

She's a clerk in a law office in the comic and hated her job

Well, it's no surprise to me that Merle ends up as a zombie. I expected this at the beginning of the season.

I personally think the governor is bitten. It's only a matter of time for him. The virus takes a while to prograss and kill the victim. Think of the virus like shingles. We've all had chicken pox as kids but come into contact with someone with shingles and they can reinfect you so to speak. It's not a completely unheard of concept.

The guy bit at the camp outside of Atlanta got sick quickly.

We all know that if you ARE bitten (I don't think the governor is) but that it advances as the plot demands. No use questioning, plot is like rule zero in gaming for tv shows and stories.

I'm wondering why Andrea didn't steal his freakin' truck while the gov got swarmed?!!

If I recall correctly, he left it running outside!

I think the Gov got bit, and plans to be in the room with Andrea when he turns.

Good question I sure as heck would have taken the truck.

This, I kept yelling at the TV

you can clearly hear the truck's engine shut off before TG enters the warehouse

regarding him being bit, he was favoring his left side during the conversation with Milton at the end of the episode

I noticed this same thing. Also before Andrea left the warehouse she paused and then you heard the governor scream.

Was it Milton or Morgan that set the zombies on fire?

Is Milton going to be the one to save Andrea?

Milton, the guy was white, and Andrea said it was him on Talking Dead...oops

Oh yeah! You said that earlier in the thread. Thanks.

So did the governor also just figure out at the end of the episode that it was Milton that did it?

Not positive, but it seemed like he thought it was Milton. To me, by body language Milton was almost saying, yeah it was me. Kind of a, I know you did it and yeah I know you know I did it moment. Of course I read into every small thing. :)

This. Its a pretty loud truck. But doest Andrea know how to hot wire? Did she do it in a previous episode, or am I thinking of something else?

Moot point really. She needed to walk to the prison so she could then get caught by the gov. Even if she had driven that truck to the prison she would have gotten shot at and possibly killed. What she should have done though was disable the truck somehow.

You have to admit that how the show ended with Andrea beaten, raped, and strapped to the torture chair with that scared out of her mind look in her eyes was down right creepy and the perfect ending to last weeks episode.

The folks from the show say that the seasons end will not be a cliff hanger.

A lot of resolution to the season is at hand.
